Caller ID plus

this app claims to give caller id and unblock private numbers, even locate incoming calls etc. It supposed to open a window as im getting a call to give me these types of options, BUT im not getting squat. does anyone else have this app or can help...?

I read comments on a bunch of those type apps and it seems they are all in need of more work

The recent reviews looked good. although there were only 13 when i checked. The other people there said they had great results. I tried tweaking things around but still nothing
