Caller ID settings missing

On my samsung galaxy Siii, I am trying to call someone while blocking my number. According to a video on youtube, you press the phone icon, then the menu key, then "call settings," and then "additional settings." But when I press "additional settings" the only that comes up is "noise reduction." Where are all my options?
 
hello and welcome to the forums. just need a few things from you are you or ever been rooted and you say you seen this on youtube did you have your firmware and not the uk or other
