How do I set whenever I call a number it should display "Private Number Calling" to the calling person

Menu button
Call settings
Additional settings
Caller id
Hide number

It may depend on where you are. In the UK (where I am) you dial 141 before the number you wish to dial. I can't speak for other countries.

This withholds Caller ID Presentation, i.e. the recipient only sees "Withheld" or "Private Number". Of course the networks always know who made the call.
