Caller name announcements

My wife and I both have S3s and love them. But! Whenever my wife receives a call or text, the person's name is announced by her phone whereas mine doesn't do this.I have searched the manual and settings but cannot find how to activate this feature. Talkback makes the phone give a running commentary on everything I do which I definitely don't want.

Anyone know how to turn this feature on please?

Pull the drop down sliding menu from the top of the screen, scroll the top buttons to left (so you go right) and turn driving mode off.
