ok so yesterday i called virgin and asked if i can call 1-900 numbers and they said yes, as long as i have balance in my account. so i bike all the way to the mall in scorching heat to get a sim card and top up card (costed 30 bucks) and then i go home, and pay another 8 bucks to unlock my phone. now let me just say, i already have a 3 year contract with Rogers, so the ONLY reason i got this was to call the 1-900 number (dont worry about what it is lol). anyway after all that, im ready to make my call and what happens? doesnt go through. i try calling a bunch more and the same thing. and please dont say i didnt have enough cuz i have 25$ and thats more than enough! anyway does someone have experience or knowledge about this cuz im really mad and felt that virgin cheated me.
