Problem I had was trying to call or receive a call from or to an IPhone. I tried hard factory reset 2-3 times. Deactivating. Installing new sim card an activating. By luck only, I happen to be in Settings, Advanced calling, "Turn on off HD voice an video calling".. was ON. Turned it OFF
