Help Calling from South Korea

Traveling to South Korea next week and was wondering about calling back to the States. While in South Korea can I disable DATA but still use wifi to make calls from Skyp (or something similar) without getting charged? If anybody know a better way please let me know

Agreed. Unless you want to get raped with charges, take the go phone.
