Calling issues, anybody else?

I haven't been able to make or receive calls in the last week or so. Making a call with have my phone just stay stuck on the calling page and it doesn't ring or anything. If I try to hang up, the phone just continues to try to make the call even if I press my home button. I can't get rid of it without having to restart my phone.

I already went to the metro store, spoke to a guy who assured me I wasn't the only one with this problem. My phone is a BYOD if that matters to the story. He even showed me some of his emails from Tmobile corp, assured me that they're working on it and to wait it out.

But when I spoke to Metro's support account on twitter & the live chat guys, neither of them seemed to know of the problem. So I'm sitting here feeling like I'm the only one with this problem.

Currently I'm still on chat, hoping this guy can explain something.

edit. I forgot to add, that sometimes I get this message:

unfortunately the process com.sec.ims.android has stopped

No replies, but 50 minutes later I seem to have found the problem myself. The guy I was on chat with was not much help at all. I am posting it for others to read.

My Note 3 recently got an update for VoLTE services. I disabled this and now my phone is making calls.
