Calling numbers from S3

Wonder if anyone can help.

I have BT Smarttalk, Viber etc installed and i, when dialling a number always had a pop up asking me which application i wanted to use when making calls.

This has now stopped and all numbers dial using normal phone dialler. Can anyone tell me how to turn this function back on?

Settings, applications manager, all, phone, launch by default, clear defaults.

Sorry, that didnt work as no defaults set so nothing to clear.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, when i used to be able to use BTSmarttalk to call 0845 numbers etc it automatically uses default phone. I need help as costing money now on my mobile bill.
