Calling voice very annoying

Hi. Sorry about my english.

I updated my GS2 to 2.3.4 TTT few days ago and ive noticed that when I receive a call, a "voice" saying "u r receiving a call from ..." over my ringtone.

Thats is really bothering me.

ANy help?
