Calls Blocking

Hi, I seek an Android call blocking App that doesn't allow phone to ring even once when called by a number in the blacklist, can someone please suggest such App.

This ia the one i have been using for a yr. And it has been the best one for me sometime it will ring but the call will go to their badcalls list automatically
