Calls without screens

Hi, can anyone help me, if I should change some setting? The problem happens when I make a phone call, the screen goes off and darkens, even though it is far from my head, I already cleaned the sensor. and when I make a call through whatsapp the screen darkens and crashes, and no button works and I have to close the application to be able to cut. Thank you
 
Do you have a screen protector? Or your case near the sensor? Sometimes these things will interfere with the proximity sensor.
