Camera and GPS

Dont know if this is in the right place but, when i take a photo on my samsung i5700 android 2.1 phone, it tags the photo with the wrong gps data, but when i look at google maps it says the location is where it is supossed to be.

How can i fix this, can anyone help.

I would say looking at the map between 1 and 2 miles.

If i use the google maps app on my phone i get my location which is accurate, but the camera app gets it so wrong.
 
I'm not sure that the camera uses the mobile signal it purely relies on GPS, so once you turn GPS on you need to wait a minute of so for it to get a fix. If you leave GPS on for a while then take a photo is the location more accurate?
