Camera and Microphone privacy settings in Android/Chrome ?

Camera settings are in the camera app - each camera app has its own settings. It has nothing to do with Chrome.
About the only mic "setting" is mute in the phone app and mute and volume in some other apps that use the mic (like Skype).
Chrome://settings is available in the desktop version (and Privacy is available in Advanced - mic may also be available in devices, like laptops, that have mics), but not in the Android version. Settings are done in Menu/Settings in the Android version, and Privacy is available there under Advanced.
