Camera app doesn't work.

My android HTC camera app doesn't work right. I try'd to unsync the photos from my phone on the app, and it disabled my camera. I went to settings, applications, manage applications, all apps, clicked on camera, I cleared data cleared cache. And it went black and vibrates. HELP!!!!
