Accessories Camera case for phones

Hi all, I'm looking for a case that gives the ability to mount the phone onto a tripod or to be fully submerged. I've looked at raw video footage samples on YouTube of the Moto X Style/Pure and the 4k video quality and stabilisation is pretty good. I want to use it as like an action camera as well as a phone. I know GoPro have those plastic cases, I was wondering if there was something for the Moto X Style or a generic Android equivalent?

Something like this made to fit phones instead.

Touch screen is a little hard to use through one of those.
