Camera Clicks

So around 2015, I dropped my phone in a pool and ever since then my phone clicks when the main camera is used. Any ideas?

Does it hinder you from doing something? Or is it just an annoyance?

What sort of 'click', is it mechanical like something is loose, or an electronic click sound coming from the speaker or earpiece?

It's a mechanical click. The main camera lenses twitches from side to side

Can't download your video for some reason, but that clicking from the camera sounds like the auto-focus lens moving, which is perfectly OK. I presume the pictures it takes are aright.
