Root Camera error - Cant connect

Been having issue with camera, when using camera saying cant connect to camera. Is there a way around to fix it? I did use CM Camerea restart not always works. Did try flash other files for camera doesnt not work. I would like to get the camera working without errors.

Hope there's way around to fix it permanently

What ROM are you on? It's probable that you're having kernel issues, but with the age of the phone, the camera may have given out.

Am running on CM 11. Kernel version 3.0.31. Camera do works on and off but it's PIA when camera not connect, had to restart the camera.

Sounds like the camera driver is crashing. Are you on a current version or one of the older stable versions of CM11?
