Help Camera Error

Ok about a week ago my camera has came up "cannot connect to camera" I have restarted it factory set it anything i can possibly think of and nothing has helped! I have no idea what else to do. Its driving me crazy not being able to take pictures or videos. All threads I have googled about it has said to reset it or close out of app and open another then go back to camera i have tried that i dont know what else to do. Im leaving call Net10 as my last option bc they wont send me the same type of phone and I love this phone
