Camera flash always off?

This is something I think should come standard on all phones. The flash should be off by default, and only on if specifically turned on. Then, after 20 minutes or so of not being used, it should return to off.
Is there a way to do that with Tasker?

I doubt it as, as far as I know, it's a setting in your Camera app.
Happy to be proved wrong, though.
