While users in Germany are reporting this update, I'm on an unlocked device in the US and I have not received this yet...

Good things come to those who wait...
Samsung does roll out updates on a region by region basis. One thing Note9 in Germany is Samsung Exynos, US is Qualcomm Snapdragon(because of CDMA), so maybe the former get their updates first?
