Camera is taking some funky colored pictures

My camera won't take properly colored pictures any more. It started out as an intermittent problem but now it's just all the time and it really bugs me. The camera on these phones sucks to begin with but it did come in handy some times. This is the kind of pictures it takes now

Any body have an idea why this is happening and what can be done to fix it?

You will likely need to either get your phone reset to factory settings, or just get it replaced. Some newer phones do have replacable cameras, but you would have to talk to your service provider to find out if they can replace it for you.
