camera launcher green screen glitch?

I just happened to open my camera launcher today on my Nexus 7, all I'm getting is a green screen that flashes with weird noise (not audio its visual). I took a screenshot but I have to resize it. anybody else ever had this problem?

okay I've been messing around with it. Still flashing between a green screen & half pink/green screen if that makes any sense.. Made a slight buzzing sound & the tablet restarted.... I opened the camera launcher again & am still having the same problem after it restarted. I'm not rooted and haven't downloaded any apps recently..
