Help Camera locked

My camera on my galaxy ace keeps locking for no reason, emptied my files last week it started working, went to use it today locked again. in the right hand corner its got a lock + 19391 + sim card any ideas please.

There was a post about this a while back in this forum,it's a simple fix if I remember but you're best of searching for it.
