Camera motion and eye contact in Galaxy S3?

Isa Al

Lurker
Hey

I bought galaxy S3 and my friend has it too and he told me he can just hold his phone in a horizontal way and the camera will open automatically , so how can I do that?

and also the eye contact which the screen stays on until I don't look at the screen , I tried that but it didn't work so maybe I did something wrong so please can u give me what should I do in the settings to turn this on?

Thanks

for the camera u just need to click anwhere on the lock screen and turn the phone horizontal and it would start up.

For the second query you would need to turn the function on by going to settings --> Display --> Smart stay and make sure its ticked. Also note that it works by turning on the front camera to see your eyes so if its too dark it would not work as it would not be able to see your eyes.
