Help Camera not opening

is anyone having an issue with the camera app not opening. Almost every time I want to take a picture, it won't work. I click on the app and it opens to a black screen where it says like it can't open and force closes. If I restart the phone it works again, so I don't know what is interfering. Any ideas?
