camera stopped working

Hello and welcome to Android Forums! 
Remove the battery for a minute or two, then reinsert it and reboot. If that doesn't work, you could try a different camera app to see if that will wake it up. If that fails a hard reset of your phone may get it back, but if after all that you don't succeed, you'll need to replace it under warranty.
