Help Camera - Unable to use flash. Battery low

Just went to take a photo in low light but couldn't use the flash, I still had 9% battery left, but I had a warning saying 'unable to use flash. battery low'.

I know its not a big deal, but I would prefer it if I could lower the warning percentage or set it to let me decide when the battery is too low.

I tried turning off power saving. My phone isn't rooted.

Is there a setting somewhere to override this? Or is charging the only option lol

this incredibly annoying "feature" has plagued samsung android phones since at least the original galaxy s. then you couldnt even take a picture with the stock app if your battery was below 15%. now you have until 5% to take a picture :D

3rd party camera apps will still function until the phone shuts off though. kinda makes me wish i would have picked up that camera app that was 25 cents the other day, now that i think about it...
