camera wont connect with instagram.

I have an htc one x. Tried the video feature on Instagram and the iPhone went black had to uninstall and rnstall the app. Now I get a pop up saying 'cannot connect to camera' whenever I try to take a pic.
 
Typically that error means something else is using the camera. Try powering off your phone, then powering it back on.
