How do I specify an album for pictures

Hi, I'm assuming that you want to create your own album/s in your Gallery app and copy or move your camera shots into it/them.
The following procedure is on my HTC device but it should be the same or similar on yours.
1) Longpress an image in your Camera album and you should get an option menu.
2) Locate and tap on either 'Copy to' or 'Move to'.
3) You should now get the option to create a new album. My device defaults to 'New album 1', it can be renamed at this point or later by tapping the 3 dot menu button at bottom right of the album.
4) Tap 'OK' and the new album will be created and will show in your Gallery.
To create additional albums, at step 3 tap on the '+' at top right :-
On my HTC device I also have an option 'Add to album' which allows creation of a new album.
When viewing albums on my HTC device there is a 3 dot menu top right which provides options including moving/copying multiple items.
