When I try to take a picture it was so blur. I focus on object. Is their autofocus

I've noticed the images tend to be blurry unless I tell the camera what to focus on. This is true in the stock app and in the Perfectly Clear app

The auto-focus can be a PITA.

It's really not exactly the auto-focus fault per say, I have tremors due to epilepsy.

Steady hands...nope!
