Can Android Run On My Win8 HP Envy X2?

Basically I am asking if I can run an android port on my HP Envy X2 from a bootable usb? If I cant can I at least make use of the touch screen if I use Android SDK? Also I am not going to try rooting my phone to use DroidDrive.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Most likely not. But what you CAN do is run Bluestacks, which is an Android emulator for Windows, Available from here: Run Mobile Apps on Windows PC or Mac with BlueStacks | Android App Player
It runs very well on any recent PC.
