Can anyone help locate my stolen android phone?

Here are the device details:

Name : GT-I8262
ID : 6553965e21
Email : <redacted>
Version : OS 4.1.2 | Antivirus Version 4.3
Type : GT-I8262

It was lost on 6/4/15 in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
I just finishing factory resetting it so I may not have turned on the device locator service.

Please help.

I don't think anyone here can help. If you do have Android Device Manager enabled you can use that to find it (if it hasn't just been factory reset by the thief, in which case it won't work anyway). We can't do that for you because we don't know your GMail password (please do not send that to anyone!!), but as we are just phone users here, not part of Google or your carrier, we can't actually do anything that you cannot even if we had that information.

You don't say what "antivirus" app you are using, but if you just did a reset then unless the device is rooted and you have a security module installed to system that will be erased as well. If it does have a locator which can survive a reset then just use that (you will have been asked during installation if you want this enabled, so should know if you do have this).

If you don't have a working location app on the phone then your best bet is to report it as stolen to your carrier so that the phone can be blocked (thus becoming useless to the thief, at least as a phone). There's nothing else you can do really.
