Help Can anyone help please?

Hello all, I have had a Motorola Razr I for the past two years as a contracted phone, anyways the last two days it kept restarting itself every time I tried to use it which was unusual but even more annoying. Then last earlier on I could not even turn it on, now I can turn it on However it only comes up to the Motorola Symbol/Sign.

The computer does not seem to pick it up as it is now fully turning on, and I really need access to the files on the phone.

If anyone could help I would be really grateful.
