Can anyone help resize/create this Wallpaper for me!

Hello,
I just recently watched Where The Wild Things Are... and I fell in love with it.. just like I did the book about 12 years ago . and possibly add some personal touches to it. Such as adding this text to it

I have a HTC Hero. So I believe the resolution is 640x480.
