can anyone help to ROOT F-04E

basically I have Fujitsu F-04E and am trying to root it but am getting error
mount: Operation not permitted

i have found

i do have super user icon in my phone when i press install or recovery install it gives me "there was error installing superuser.please send a log of the error to the developer." but there is no log
also i checked with various apps to see if it was rooted but no it is not
