Root Can anyone send me a flashable stock kernel

I can't update to JB without getting this kernel. Or at least I think I can't. Apparently, I am not the only one with this problem. Please help.
 
has anyone out there made a nandroid backup before they messed with their phone so we can get a stock img. and a stock recovery img.? for those of us who would like to go back to stock to recieve the JB update. i wouldnt know what to do with it but shabbypenguin might.... (shabby i tried your 1st attempt at return to stock and it had so many crashes i had to restore it to my previous rom) thanks for all your hard work. i unfortunately did not do a nandroid before flashing away....noob lesson learned.

Take the one from post one, look for a custom kernel in the all things root section, open the .zip file and replace the boot.img, zip it backup and flash it, it should work if you do it right
