Can Fit & Health Data be saved?

I have a Zenwatch 2 & a Galaxy S7 and have the Fit app, S Health App and Zenfit Health Hub app on my phone. All is good but none of the apps will allow me to record the steps, heart rate and data EXCEPT on their own app. Is there an app that allows me to export the results to show my doctor, wife or ??
