Help Can gmail android app give you multiple "Star" color choices?

I have searched and not found anything confirming that this is not possible on android (I have a Samsung A51), but it is a feature available and activated for my account on my windows laptop. Can anyone confirm and if it is possible how to do it? Thank you for your time!

I do not believe of it, unless you mean through google play, then yeah leave them a review
