I recently was gifted a Zoom H2N recorder which I LOVE! I do vlogs & more on the side as a hobby but have never really dove into audio equipment much further than a gopro camera or a smart phone, so this is new to me.
Was wondering, can I connect this recorder to my phone as my primary audio recorder when filming w/ my S7 phone? Is there an adapter or way that allows me to make this reality? I use the recorder along side my gopro hero and do the whole clapping thing to enable myself to sync the audio in Audacity and then delete the gopro audio in video Editing and replace it w/ the H2n Audio, as the gopro is much more hollow and the H2N is AWESOME and the quality of the sound is just superb.
But I love the update to the camera on my new Samsung S7, so I thought I could start doing filming w/ it and have or use the audio from the Zoom H2n, so, is it possible? Or would I find myself having to seperate the two as I already do w/ the Gopro and Zoom now? Thanks for any info y'all could provide.
