Can I Copy & Paste a Downloaded Document to a PC From My Galaxy Note 3?

I HIGHLIGHTED THE WEBSITE BUT HAVEN'T THE FAINTEST IDEA HOW TO COPY AND PASTE IT. Another problem I have is I downloaded a scanner app (does it matter which one?) scanned a document but don't know how to move it to a folder so I can send it as an e-mail or an attachment to an e-mail

What exactly are you trying to do? Are to copying and pasting the site on your phone or PC?

I take it the scanner software is on your PC?
If so you will find the scanned documents on the PC within your My Docs folder under scanned items somewhere.

If I understand you correctly, you found a website you like, you want to send that link info to your PC.

I do it all the time, I press on the link until "copy" comes up and press that.

then I bring up Aqua Mail and send that link to myself as the body of the text with a Long Press / Paste

works like a charm, do it every day.

I am continually using my email as notebook to keep my thoughts together, for tomorrow....
it seems my "best thoughts" don't occur until my head hits the pillow and "aw damn!" and I don't want to get up, turn on a light, and "wake myself totally up".

so, I grab the phone, hit Aqua Mail, scribble something and go to sleep.

Sorry for not being more specific If I were on my PC I wouldn't be asking for help. I'm traveling and only using my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone. I can highlight passages, websites, etc. but just don't know how to copy and paste. Me second problem is my scanner app. I scanned a document with this app. I can click on the app and there is the document! I want to move, copy, transfer that document to a location on my phone so I can send it via e-mail. How can I do it?

Long press so text is highlighted, click on the box within a box thingy at the top of the screen. Then long press and choose paste. Go to the play store and download a file manager to move a document or copy it to the folders of your choice
