Can I download paid hi res music files directly to my phone and how to open them if I can.

Oops I should have been for specific. I am aware of tidal and it's CD quality streaming and downloading to use offline. I was referring to 24/96 or even 192 files from say hd tracks and acoustic sounds super hi res etc. I am thinking I have to use a PC and then transfer to phone but not positive. It would be so nice to just direct down load to micro SD card in phone!

Most of the streaming services encrypt their downloads to prohibit exactly what it sounds like you want to do. Kind of a bummer, but I suppose they need to protect themselves in case you download tunes then cancel your subscription.

Google Play Music doesn't (I think), but I'm not sure if it's the quality you're after.

Not sure what else to suggest unless you're looking at paid stuff for free (piracy) buy you'll get no help with that sort of thing here.

N piracy. I used to purchase hd tracks. They have their own downloader but it only works for PC. Windows etc. You can't download paid hi res from any of he good sites until you pay for it. Just looking for a way to skip the PC part of it. I guess it is not gonna happen. Not a big deal lol
