can I keep my promo plan?

I need to upgrade my metropcs phone and I currently have the $50 unlimited data promo plan. will I be able to keep that plan when I change phones? Thanks!

second question... will I have to pay the full price for the new phone since it's an upgrade or simple change of phone? no rebates?

Don't know about the second question, but as long as the replacement phone is a current Metro-branded LTE phone you should be able to keep the promo.
The answer to #2 should be in the fine print on the Metro site someplace, try reading the rebate form carefully.

I think it's 90 days before you can upgrade and get the sale price of a Metro phone. (I was told this in Sept 2015)

Call Metro as things change all the time.
