can I make my Nexus 7 apps = Galaxy Note II apps?

Last month I switched to the Galaxy Note II from an iPhone, and have lots of apps installed related to my upcoming vacation.

Last week I purchased a Nexus 7 for entertainment on the plane and train rides.

Is is possible to somehow have Google Play automatically install the apps on my Nexus 7 I already have installed on my Note II given that I'm using the same primary gmail account for each?

Please say Yes :-). and tell me how to do that.

Automatically? I doubt it, but it's pretty easy when you access the Play Store from a computer. Once you're logged in and click on My Android Apps it'll show which apps are installed on which device. Click on the phone apps. They'll say "Installed", but if you click it, it'll allow you to install it on the 7.

Thanks! I'll try that when I get home!

Or you could just go to the Play Store on your N7, go to my apps, and then swipe to the all tab and install from there.
