can i recover the data after doing factory reset to my android 10 , if i have the password for the last lock screen ? i think that is the password for the internal memory encryption fde (file based encryption )

I'm afraid that is not how the encryption works. It might have been once, but for the last 6-7 years or so all devices have been encrypted out of the box, whether you set a lockscreen password or not (and to be honest most people use a short PIN or pattern rather than a password, which would be a pretty weak encryption key).

Sorry, but I don't think there is a way.
