Can I sell a replacement device?

OK so here is my deal. I am a launch day evo owner and after complaing to sprint for a while now, they called me this morning and said that they will send me a new evo because I've been having so much trouble with mine. I will activate it and keep it for a month or so until I can buy something else. But will I have to pay them for the replacement device if I sell it later on?

Any help would be great. I am prepared to get flamed but I am not trying to scam sprint.

most likely they will ask you to send the old one back.. or they will charge you for the replacement phone.

if they do not ask for it back... they will mark the ESN as BAD.. no one can use the old phone on Sprint's network.

yes... you can sell the replacement. it is your phone.

You paid for an Evo. One way or another you will walk away with at least one Evo. You can sell that Evo once you upgrade.
