Can I still get unlimited LTE when buying off Amazon TODAY?

So, if I order tonight, it won't ship until Tuesday, July 5th, nor get to me before July 7th.

If I've ordered it through Amazon with the $29.99 unlimited data as a condition of the purchase, CAN I STILL ACTIVATE THE PHONE ON THE 7TH OR 8TH WITH THAT PLAN?
