Can i stop to go background sound to caller during call?

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking.
A music app should stop when you are in a call. If it isn't, try another app.
Some phones have background noise cancellation built in, but as that needs specific hardware (a second microphone) you can't add it to a phone that doesn't have it.
If this doesn't help, can you post again and explain in more detail what the problem is?
