Can I swap phones and keep the same plan?

I have the $25 beyond talk plan, which they got rid of for the $35 beyond talk plan (which is the exact same plan, just $10 more). Can I buy a new phone and use the phone swap feature and keep the $25 plan which they don't offer anymore? Or will swapping my phone "upgrade" me to the $35 one?

I believe you're grandfathered in at $25 as long as the account is active.
