Can I trust this app dev?

Hello all. So I'd like the option to download .apk's that are "not available for this device" outside of the playstore with a bit of added confidence outside of my arrogance. I'd also like to do this without a separate cumbersome security app soaking up my resources with a basket of unneeded extra features. So optimally, I'd like a fast browser that automatically scans said file at some point before, during, or after download.

I use to use Cheetah Mobile apps, despite the extremely annoying ads they sodomized me with, because they seemed so magical and their false advertising tactics were so very convincing. I did so blindly, without checking privacy policies or doing any research for devious practices. I don't feel they're evil of any sorts. They probably just desire an unfairly large pay check without immediately coming off that way? Point; CM Secure Browser did what I currently desire from a browser. It seemed to be the least devious out of all their apps and never pushed the rest of the apps on me like Clean Master & CM Security did. Because of this forum in tandem with my own research and a drunken night of rehabilitation, my phones are now clean of all Cheetah Mobile apps.

"WTF, we don't need your life story!"

Jeez, fine.

I've discovered this (not Chinese) Vietnamese app by MOG - Yolo Family. Yolo Browser looks to be exactly what I'm looking for, plus the added bonus of Adblock. The roughly translated privacy policy seems to agreeable, though I may have missed something critical. Their website seems legit, but I can't help to be reminded of Cheetah Mobile when looking at their website and apps. That sketches me out a bit.

Can I get some educated opinions please?
